A peace of bird...

This morning, my son Sam (age 6 1/2) was sitting in the family room. He looked straight at me and said

I love the sounds of the morning with the chirping of the birds...

Israel's Eti Raz alos appears to to admire birds. This polymer clay creation is wonderfully whimsical.. I wish I could judge its size- is it a pendant or a wall hanging?

Birds symbolize many different things among Jews- most importantly peace. Wouldn't it be nice if we would all take time to listen to the birds rather than be distracted with infighting
and turf wars? I think my Sam could
lead us all.

Since I know very well and personally Eti and her polymer clay works - I know it is a wall hanging. She is a wonderful polymer clay artist and a lovely person whom I really love.
