When looking for artistic interpretaions of tzitzit I never expected to find this website of Mel Alexenberg, the Founding Dean of a new School of Art and Multimedia Design at Netanya College in Israel. Four Wings of America is a visual midrash that conceptually links corners of a garment to corners of the land to wings. These artworks explored relationships between the four corners of continental United States and its geographic center. Please read more about this exhibition in honor of Miami's Centenial.
